My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Sirius ✨

Sirius is a young pup with a heart as big as his cuddles. Equal parts snuggler, playmate, and professional nap enthusiast, he’s happiest wherever his people are. Whether it’s curling up on the couch, romping around with toys, or catching a well-earned snooze, Sirius is always all in.

This super sweet boy is friendly with everyone and everything — people, pups, and new experiences included. He has an easygoing, adaptable personality that makes him a great match for just about any lifestyle, from laid-back homebodies to families on the go. Sirius just wants love, comfort, and a spot close to you.

If you’re looking for a lovable, go-with-the-flow puppy who will fill your days with warmth and your nights with snuggles, Sirius is ready to be your new best friend. 🐾💙

Sirius is available through our Foster to Adopt program to LOCAL (KC area only) adopters. To meet him, submit an application today at https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/LUCK/Dog

More about this rescue

Lucky 13 Rescue is a federal 501(c)3 organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather strive to assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Our ultimate goal is to rehabilitate each canine in our care through placement in loving fosters homes until they can be carefully matched with adoptive families.
