My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hendrix 🐾

Hendrix is a goofy, happy-go-lucky Labrador Retriever mix born on 10/17/25, and he’s everything you’d hope for in a puppy. Full of energy, curiosity, and joy, Hendrix loves to explore his world, romp around during playtime, and soak up as much attention as he can get.

He’s dog-, kid-, and cat-friendly, making him a wonderful fit for many different homes. Hendrix is currently working on house training and crate training and is eager to learn, grow, and become the best boy he can be.

With his playful spirit, sweetheart, and classic puppy enthusiasm, Hendrix is ready to grow up alongside a family who’s excited for adventures, laughter, and lots of love.

More about this rescue

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
