Buddy is a large, loving bulldog mix who is all about his people. He adores snuggles and wants to be right next to you, watching what you are doing and ready to be part of it. He would do best as the only animal in the home so he can soak up all the attention he truly thrives on.
Buddy loves being dressed up, going for coffee drives, and enjoying walks. He is the kind of dog who just wants to be included in everyday life and treated like a true family member. After coming from a difficult situation, Buddy has made incredible progress and is so ready for a fresh start.
He is very gentle with children and has done wonderfully with kids ranging from about 17 months to 11 years old. Tiny humans are absolutely welcome in Buddy’s ideal home.
Important to note, Buddy must go to a home with absolutely no cats.
Buddy is in urgent need of either an adoptive home or a foster home. He has come so far and now just needs someone to step up and give him the stability, love, and commitment he deserves.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.
We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.
Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
