My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🦊 Vixen: Charming, Sassy, and Super Loving! ✨
Meet Vixen, the most charismatic and dazzling puppy of the season! At 8-10 weeks old, this super loving female puppy is ready to steal the show—and your heart! True to her name, Vixen has a charming, playful spirit and loves to snuggle up after a long day of play.
🌟 Vixen's Holiday Specs:
Age/Gender: 8-10 weeks old, Female.
Estimated Adult Size: Medium (about 40-50 lbs).
Temperament: Confident, charming, and super loving!
Friends to All: She is a sweetheart with every member of the family—great with other dogs AND cats!
✅ Ready to Fly:
Vixen is already a shining star in training! She is doing great with potty training and easily uses a doggy door for her outside excursions. She comes fully prepared for her forever home: spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccines. Bring home the most delightful reindeer on the team! Adopt Vixen and add a little sparkle and a lot of love to your Christmas!

More about this rescue

A New Leash on Life has a goal of saving all the adoptable pets about to die in the municipal shelters of Alabama until we become a NO KILL state. We rescue, provide veterinary care, provide a foster home or adoption center spot, and find adopters who are good matches for homeless dogs and cats...AND horses, pigs, rabbits, and any other animal who needs our help. All animals are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, testing (HW for dogs, FIV/Felv for cats), and whatever else they need before adoption.
