My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Ariana! 🐾💖

Ariana is an adorable 1-year-old bulldog mix and the perfect little size at just 23 lbs! With her compact build, sweet expression, and wiggly charm, she’s the kind of pup who instantly melts hearts.

Ariana is a joyful, loving girl who wants nothing more than to be close to her people. She’s playful, affectionate, and full of gentle sweetness—she’ll happily trot beside you on walks, curl up for cuddles, or simply sit by your side soaking up attention.

She is heartworm positive, but she’s already on the path to treatment. With proper care and a calm, loving environment, she’ll recover beautifully—and she’ll be forever grateful to the family who stands by her through it.

She’s the ideal blend of fun and snuggly, and her manageable size makes her perfect for almost any home. Ariana is ready to find her forever family—a loving place where she can be adored, included, and cherished every single day.

This little bulldog mix is ready to wiggle her way right into your heart. 🐾

More about this shelter

The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.

As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
