Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Rune is a 6-month-old pittie mix with a heart as big as his smile. He was found on the streets, starving and so weak he couldn’t stand, but those days are far behind him. With love and care, Rune has made an incredible comeback and is now a happy-go-lucky pup who is truly loving life.
Rune is both house-trained and crate-trained, and he does great staying crated during a full 8-hour workday without any trouble. He’s incredibly dog-friendly, kid-friendly, and a total joy to have around. He’s very treat-motivated (mealtime is his favorite event of the day!) and his playful, silly side really shines when he has a chew toy or a squeaky toy in his paws.
He’s loyal and devoted to his people, and while he can be a little cautious with new faces at first (who could blame him?), he warms up quickly and builds trust fast. Rune loves adventures, does well in the car, and is always ready to be your sidekick, whether that’s a road trip, a walk around the neighborhood, or cuddling at home.
Rune has already shown how resilient and loving he is, and he’s ready to bring that same joy and devotion to his forever family. He will make a fabulous lifelong companion.
