This 1-year-old, 25-pound terrier mix may start out a little shy, but give him a bit of time and patience and you’ll discover the sweetest, most loyal little buddy. Teddy is a gentle soul who just needs someone willing to move at his pace and show him the extra TLC he deserves. Once he feels safe, his soft personality blossoms, and you’ll start to see his curious, adventurous side peek through!

Teddy would love a home with another dog—having a confident canine friend helps him feel braver and more at ease. He’s great with other dogs, and he’s also good with kids, making him a wonderful fit for a calm, loving family.

If you’re looking for a tender-hearted companion who just needs someone to believe in him, Teddy is ready to give you all the love he’s been saving. With patience, kindness, and maybe a furry sibling by his side, Teddy will shine brighter every day. 🐾💙

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.

Vet reference check : Please contact your vet to give consent for record / information release.

Home Check

Home visit: You will be contacted by a volunteer to set up a time for a virtual home/yard check.

Meet the Pet

Call with Foster or Kennel Manager to set up a meet and greet.

Sign Adoption Contract

Pay Fee

Pay the adoption donation fee.

Take the Pet Home

More about this rescue

CAMO Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that offers life, health, and a forever home. We specialize in dogs that other rescues can’t or won’t take due to fearful nature or medical needs. We primarily rescue ‘euthanasia listed’ animals that are in immediate danger of death. We provide shots, spay/neuter, microchip, foster homes, food, medical treatment and love to dogs that are abandoned, unwanted or otherwise in need. We never euthanize an animal to make room for another. In addition to caring for our dogs and finding the best possible home for them, we provide education to the community; encouraging and promoting responsible pet ownership. If needed, our rescue dogs are retrained to socialize in an adoptive loving family. We have had phenomenal success, and amazing support from our community. We believe that animals, as living creatures are entitled to a quality life, respect and compassion. Since humans have domesticated animals, we have a moral and ethical responsibility to care for them. We are partnered with many Shelters to help them reach the same goal.
