My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

✨ **Hi, I’m Felix!** ✨

My name means *“lucky”* and *“happy,”* and I think that fits me just right. 💛🐾 I’m a cheerful little pup with a big heart, a wagging tail, and a talent for making people smile.

I love being near my humans, soaking up affection, and discovering new things with wide-eyed curiosity. Whether I’m playing, cuddling, or simply tagging along to see what you’re up to, I’m happiest when I’m included. I’m learning all the important puppy basics and would thrive with a family ready to guide me as I grow into the amazing dog I’m meant to be.

If you’re looking for a puppy who will bring joy, companionship, and a little extra sunshine into your life, I just might be your lucky find. 🍀✨

Apply online — or stop by the Humane Society Tuesday–Saturday from 10 AM–5 PM to meet me! 🐶💙

More about this shelter

The Appalachian Highlands Humane Society is a private non-profit 501(c)3 charitable organization dedicated to the welfare of all animals. We do not receive public or government funding, and no monies from national humane organizations or county, state or federal government funds. Our work depends solely on grants, fundraisers, adoptions, private funding, memberships and donations. The fees collected from the adoption of each animal help to offset some of the costs involved in providing care for the animals and preparing an animal for placement into a new home. We value every animal equally and consider all to be priceless
Please visit our website, www.ahumanesociety.org for more information.
