Meet Kelsey — a 1-year-old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua mix with a scruffy little face, long skinny legs, and a heart full of love. She’s truly “all legs,” giving her the cutest, most unique look.

Kelsey is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to cuddle and be close to her person. She lights up when she sees you and can be a little talker when she’s excited — not loud at all, but with the most adorable, quiet howl that makes everyone smile. It’s just one more thing that adds to her charm.

She gets along beautifully with other dogs, cats, and children, making her an easy addition. Kelsey is crate trained, rides wonderfully in the car, and is exceptionally well behaved for baths and nail trims. Her gentle, loving nature and easy manners make her a joy to have around.

The adoption donation varies on the age, breed and vet care provided. All of our dogs receive all necessary vaccines, spay/neuter, microchip, and dewormings. All of our long haired dogs are professionally groomed and our senior pups receive a dental. After filling out an adoption application, one of our team members will check your vet reference and set up a time for you to meet the dog. We do a home check as part of the adoption process and all members of the household (human and canine) must meet the dog prior to finalizing the adoption.

We are a 100% foster based rescue organization. We do not have a facility that you can visit as each of our dogs live in foster homes until they are adopted. We run off of donations and every dollar helps!
