Meet Trina! Trina is a 5-month-old puppy (likely a Lab/Pit mix — but with rescue, it’s always a fun mystery!) and she needs a family to call her own. She comes from an area where puppies are routinely euthanized, so choosing her doesn’t just save her life... it also allows us to rescue another in her place.

Trina is currently thriving in a loving foster home: play, nap, repeat! She loves toys, cuddles, and naps after a good play session. She's a smart cookie too. She already sits for treats, sleeps through the night in her puppy pen, and is learning leash manners like a champ. She’s curious, affectionate, and has never met a lap she couldn’t fit into. Her “pounce attack” game and goofy puppy antics will keep you smiling!
Trina’s perfect family will be ready for all things puppy: continued socialization, crate and potty training, patience, and daily exercise. As she grows, she’ll be the ideal adventure buddy for things like walks, hikes, neighborhood strolls... you name it!

We facilitate adoptions across the US through our own internal transport to ensure the
quality of care. We travel to the PNW, New England, Midwest and Canada (Canadian
adopters will need to pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT)! Our
pups travel in comfort with 24/7 care on our USDA licensed vehicles. You can join along

adopters and providing updates throughout their transport journey!

Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you!
The adoption fee is $900 and includes all vetting as recommended by our doctor: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!
