My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Spot!

Spot is the last of his litter still looking for a home, and he’s hoping his turn comes soon! His early life was spent in a backyard with little socialization, so he’s still learning important dog and people skills — but he’s made amazing progress.

About Spot:
• Crate trained and potty trained
• Learning leash skills and basic obedience
• Selective with dog friends, no cats
• Could do well with older, respectful kids as he continues training
• Can be mouthy and jumpy when excited, but improving every day
• Slow to warm up, but incredibly loving and loyal once he trusts you

Spot can be a little nervous in new situations, but once you’re “his person,” he’s all in — cuddling, hanging out, and enjoying couch potato life. He’s smart, affectionate, and ready for a family who will continue helping him build confidence and polish his manners.

If you have patience, love, and a spot on your couch, Spot just might be your perfect match.

More about this rescue

We started out fighting for our baby boy, Lucci, who was killed due to Airport Animal Emergi-Center Clinic's breed prejudice. When he was killed, we make a promise that no bully would be left behind. Now we try to save as many bullies as we can!
