My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet West! He's a gentle, calm, smart 6-month-old, 20 lb pup that entered foster care on December 23 and got to spend his first Christmas in the care of his foster amily! West is extremely gentle and is learning the ways of the world, including how to engage within a home while in foster care.

West is curious, so so gentle and incredibly cuddly. He loves to meet people and another dogs but you won't see him running up to them, he prefers to wait for people to come to him so he knows it's ok to interact and play. West is working on all things training in his puppy stage - including going to the bathroom outside (he's crushing it!), polite play and eating slowly at meal times.

West's super power is how good of a cuddler he is! From cuddling with his brother to cuddling with his foster parents, this boy loves a snuggle and is taking advantage of the slow Christmas week to getting lots of love! He also sleeps through the night in his puppy pen and doesn't wake up until you get him up in the morning. West is obsessed with his big foster sister (who is a 70 lb dog), has been extremely respectful of the cat in his foster home and has loved the kids he's intereacted with!

West would love to grow up with a person or family who can continue his training and give him the stability and love he deserves in a happily ever after!
