Medical Needs: Jessie needs to be spayed. The cost of the spay is covered in the adoption fee. It will be at one of the clinics we use and will be requested at the clinic closest to the foster to adopt family. Options are Wilmington, Newark, Dover and Georgetown. The clinics assign the appointments and keeping the appointment is a condition of adoption. Foster to adopt families must live within an hour of one of the clinics listed above. A 75.00 check is required at the adoption. This check is required by the state of Delaware to adopt an unspayed dog. It is destroyed upon proof of spay.
Housebroken: Jessie Bell has had an accident or two in her foster home, but overall she is doing very well.
Good in a crate: Yes, she goes in for a treat. She whines for a few minutes then settles down.
Good in the car: Yes. She is harnessed in the back and rides quietly.
Good on a leash: Yes, Jessie is a fabulous walker. She walks right beside you and often looks up to check in.

Jessie Bell is the sweetest girl and she has adapted to life in her foster home very quickly. She has a sensitive disposition and is quite eager to please her people. Jessie loves nothing more than to shadow her humans all day long. With her beautiful green eyes, her happy, wagging tail, and her sweet personality, Jessie will make a wonderful companion.
