Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cleo the Heo is looking for a quiet foster home where they can recover from some gastro intestinal upset as well as a healing wound.
Reason for Foster: GI Upset & Wound Care
Foster Time Frame: 1 Week (The foster time frame may be shorter or longer depending on future rechecks and medical needs.)
Foster Care Plan: Cleo the Heo is being treated for diarrhea/gastro intestinal upset. There is a possibility that they are contagious to other animals, so we strongly recommend keeping them separated in a bedroom or bathroom away from your personal pets until they have fully recovered. Additionally, they have a healing wound on their right hind foot. They will go home with medications and a special diet, and we will provide supplies and a medical consultation at pickup so you are fully prepared to care for this sweetie.
Cleo the Heo is also available through our Foster to Adopt program, which allows pets awaiting or undergoing medical treatment to be placed with prospective adopters before they are made available for adoption. If you are interested in learning more, please visit https://www.operationkindness.org/foster/ or email us at foster@operationkindness.org.
