Meet the Pet
This helps The Rescue Crew with pet care costs.
If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please complete an Adoption Request Form. This is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract. To learn more about our adoption process, please visit our Adoption Process page on our website at www.rescuecrew.org.
Carlos wants to be your best friend and snuggle buddy. He loves walks and playing fetch with his stuffies. He can self-entertain for periods of time with his toys. He's a 4-year-old mixed-breed dog, weighing about 14 lbs. He appears to have the tighter poodle coat, which will require consistent grooming. He quickly attaches to his family and will be your devoted friend and playmate. He walks well on a leash overall.
He has an easy-going personality. He does well with cats and dogs and is respectful of their boundaries. Kids are unknown, though he would likely do well with kids who approach in a calm way. He tolerates being in a kennel (barks initially), though he would prefer not to use one. He is doing well going out to potty when asked and will sometimes ask to go out. He would make a good companion for most anyone.
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.
