Meet the Pet
This helps The Rescue Crew with pet care costs.
Hi, I’m Claus — Your Future Snuggle Buddy
Hi there! I’m Claus, a 2-month-old terrier mix from Oklahoma, and I weigh about 10 pounds right now. I may be little, but I’ve got a big heart and so much love to share.
I’m a friendly, easygoing guy who gets along great with other dogs and even cats. My foster family says I fit in beautifully, and I think that’s because I really just love being around others. If there’s a cozy spot nearby—or better yet, a lap—I’m happy.
Snuggling is kind of my specialty. At night, I sleep all the way through, tucked in with my foster mom, and I don’t move a muscle until morning. When it’s time to wake up, I gently paw her to let her know I’m ready to start the day with some love and adventure.
I’m learning my puppy manners, too. I’m about 75% potty trained and getting better every day with a little supervision. When my foster family is away, I do just fine resting in my kennel until they return.
I’m sweet, gentle, and ready to form a deep bond with my forever family. If you’re looking for a loving puppy to grow with your family—one who adores cuddles and companionship—I might just be the perfect fit.
I can’t wait to meet you and see if we’re meant to be together.
Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.
The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care. For the most complete information regarding this animal, and all of our adoptable pets, please ensure you are visiting our website directly at www.RescueCrew.org. You can also access the necessary online forms here as well.
