My name is Sylvie!

Sylvie is a lovely, petite 10-year-old Domestic Shorthair tuxedo cat weighing about 9 lbs who is ready to find a quiet, loving home to enjoy her golden years. She came to the Rockwall Adoption Center after her previous home could no longer care for all of the animals, and now she's hoping for a second chance at forever. Sylvie is a calm, mature girl who enjoys the simple things in life—long naps, sunbathing, and peacefully hanging out around the house. She was born with a slight deformity in her front left paw, but it has never caused her any issues and doesn't slow her down at all. She has previously lived with other cats but has not been around dogs or children. Sylvie is litter box trained and eats dry cat food. Her adoption fee is $30. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her rabies and FVRCP vaccine. She is also Fiv/Felv negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
