My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ginny is a beautiful tuxedo girl with a gentle soul and a quiet charm. She’s a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and loving personality begins to shine through. Ginny has finished raising her kittens and is now ready to be the one who gets cared for and cherished.
She enjoys calm environments and would likely do best with someone patient who will let her settle in at her own pace. Once she trusts you, Ginny shows her softer side and appreciates gentle attention and peaceful companionship.
Ginny’s experience with dogs or other cats is unknown, so slow introductions (or being your one-and-only) may be best for her comfort. Apply at ghhs.org

Additional adoption info

Adopters must be at least 19 years old.

If you rent, you must have permission from your landlord and pet fees must be paid in advance.

If adopting into a family, we require all members of the family to be in agreement about adopting. For families that already include another dog, we typically require a meet and greet; this may be hosted on the GHHS property, or at the potential adopter's home.

Some animals may require a home inspection.

Verification of current pet(s) vaccine/vet records.
