My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 09/07/24

Marli checks all the boxes to be a perfect cat. She is very social and affectionate, rubs and purrs constantly, and enjoys meeting new people. She has been around multiple dogs of all breeds and ages, other cats, kittens, and a rabbit and has co-existed peacefully with everyone. She mostly ignores the other animals in her foster home.

After recently retiring from her mom duties, Marli has started to discover her playful side. She races up and down the hall with toys, and even sometimes sleeps with her fuzzy mouse toy. She is a great companion, and also enjoys alone time looking out the window or sleeping on her foster mom's bed during the day.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
