My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes:
Han Solo was found with her two friends Leia and Luke in a box sealed with duck tape....Could Han Solo be Leia's and Luke's mom? They are three little tigers. Han Solo is a quiet and shy gal who rests peacefully in her kennel, clearly a little wary when I enter her space. She appreciates an offering of Temptations and accepts my hand that slowly and gently pets her head and cheeks while I talk to her in a soft voice. She leans into pets and purrs(see her video). We both feel good about each other. Yes, Han Solo is a "good one", a sweet kitty who went through difficult times and tries to make the best of her shelter life. Now, time to find a home for this lovely lady. She is already spayed and can go home today!

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.

I prefer to call the shots and enjoy coming to you when I'm ready for pets.

I am a cat that is in need of a lap! I can't wait to be your new lap cat.

I am finding the shelter a little overwhelming, but when it's just you and me and some peace and quiet you'll see what a love bug I am.

I can be slow to adjust to new environments. I prefer to take things at my own pace.
