Meet Snoop
Snoop is an affectionate, playful Schnoodle with a big heart and an even bigger love for fun. He’s incredibly smart and has quickly learned his name, basic commands, and how to play fetch. Snoop adores toys, plays enthusiastically, and is respectful of the home, no unwanted chewing here! Snoop is confident, friendly, and loves being part of the action. He enjoys walks, playtime, car rides, and especially spending time with his favorite companion, Benji. Like his buddy, Snoop may bark briefly when meeting new people, but calms down quickly and warms up fast. He is fully vetted, neutered, house-trained, crate-trained, and walks nicely on a leash. At around 15 pounds, Snoop is an ideal house dog who would do well in a home with kids or with someone who is around most of the day. He has lots of youthful energy and would benefit from a fenced yard where he and Benji can run and play. Snoop is still learning about the world and would love a family who enjoys helping him build confidence and explore new experiences, especially alongside Benji. Because of their incredibly strong bond, Snoop and Benji must be adopted together.

More about this rescue

Somerset Cottage Poodle Rescue, established in 2013, is an all volunteer 501c(3) dog rescue funded by your donations. We rescue companion and senior dogs, at risk for euthanasia, from overcrowded shelters and provide them with the medical attention they need. We also redone dogs for owners who can no longer care for them. We do not have a facility so all of our dogs live in foster homes through out the Northern Virginia area until their adoption day. We are proud that we find them perfectly matched forever homes and families. We rescue and find permanent homes for approximately 250 dogs a year.
