Meet Blitz!
Blitz is a cute little guy who loves being where the action is. He enjoys hanging out with his foster brother and sister or relaxing on the couch watching their antics.
His favorite things include playing with his brother, exploring, chewing on a bone while lounging on the couch, treats, and especially belly rubs! Blitz is often first in line for treats and will happily ask for extra rubs.
He may be a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly with gentle pets and treats. Blitz does great with cats and happily ignores them.
Blitz is potty pad trained and is currently working on house training and leash manners. He sleeps quietly through the night in his indoor puppy pen.
Blitz is ready to find a loving home where he can continue learning and enjoy lots of affection.

We hope to ease the problem of population overflow occurring in many of our shelters today. WGSR educates the individual on the importance of sterilizing the pet and providing superior care.
WGSR is composed of a network of foster families and volunteers. We are always in need of more foster care providers with the time and commitment necessary to care for these animals in transition. We are also in need of volunteers who can shuttle dogs from shelters and other sites to our foster homes.
