She takes correction wonderfully and is eager to learn the rules of her new home.
Daffy is the perfect companion blend: she adores her walks and will dash to the door at the sight of a leash, but indoors she transforms into a relaxed vibe-master, happy to simply lounge after her exercise. Her true passion is people. She thrives on cuddles, scratches, and being held, often leaning her head back on your shoulder to gaze into your eyes. You’ll find her offering “help” in the kitchen and proudly presenting her belly for rubs from her bed.
While she hasn`t been tested with cats, and her foster home has no children for a formal evaluation, her gentle and adaptable nature suggests she could do well in a family. With a moderate activity level, she’s looking for a loving home to provide adventures and downtime. She’s a star waiting for her curtain call, a truly sweet and loving dog ready to fill your home with devoted affection.

We work hard at trying to find homes for dogs that are homeless or scheduled to be euthanized at Harris County Animal Shelter. There are so many dog out there that are so loving and deserving of a good home. My hopes is that more people will open their hearts and homes to some of these sweet dogs❤️.
