Flicka is an incredibly loving puppy whose two favorite things in the world are food and cuddles — preferably at the same time. She is affectionate, gentle, and happiest when she’s close to her people. Flicka is still gaining confidence, but her sweet nature shines brighter every day.
She’s about 5 months old and settling into puppy life beautifully. As she continues to feel better, she’s starting to explore toys and play more, especially food enrichment activities, which she absolutely loves.
Behavior & Training
Flicka is doing great with potty training and crate training, especially for her age. She’s eager to learn and responds well to routine and consistency.
She is currently isolated while finishing mange treatment, but has already shown friendly interest in other dogs through a gate. Once cleared and properly introduced, she’s expected to do well with canine friends.

Flicka is undergoing treatment for mange and improving every day. Her body told the story of neglect when she was found, but with care and consistency, she’s getting healthier, more comfortable, and stronger by the day.
History
Flicka was found alone as a stray, with no microchip and clear signs that she hadn’t been cared for properly. Despite that rough start, she remains incredibly trusting and affectionate — a true testament to her gentle spirit.

• Current pets must be spayed/neutered, UTD on annual exams, heartworm tests, vaccines & consistent heartworm prevention.

We will have a volunteer call personal and vet references. We will interview applicant if all information provided is accurate.

We do in home visit checks or via video chat. Video Chat If adopter lives out of our area, if a volunteer Is unavailable.
