Meet Max! This super sweet terrier mix was found living outside but seems to be more used to being an inside lap dog. He is 17 lbs and is estimated to be a little over a year old with a playful puppy spirit. His fur is soft and silky with a beautiful mix of whites, grays, and browns. Max is healthy, chipped, and neutered!
Max is good with kids and loves dogs so much that if he's out on a walk and can't meet a dog he sees, he will whine and try to go say hello. Max has figured out the doggy door, knows some basic commands, and sleeps in his kennel. He likes to play with toys and enjoys wrestling with his dog buddies.
This adorable boy needs an active family who will walk him every day and play with him. He loves to cuddle and will snuggle up to his favorite people. Max would do best in a home with other dogs.

ADOPTION FEE Covers: Core vaccines plus Lepto and Flu, all boosters, microchip, dewormer until clear fecal test & spay or neuter when completed by a DSDA vet partner plus any necessary medical care. All dogs are on flea, tick and heartworm prevention and you receive the following month's preventatives complementary with your adoption!

Puppies (12 months and under) - $325
Dogs (over 12 months) - $275
Qualifications for Adoption: No dog is alike and each dog has different requirements based on breed, age, energy level and life experiences. DSDA is very careful to place our dogs in homes that we believe are the best fit for the dog based on our experience with each dog. All of our dogs live in foster homes which allows us the opportunity to learn about their individual needs.
