👑👑This Padme doesn’t fancy herself to be queen of any planet, but she would sure like to be the queen of your heart.👑👑
Padme is a 2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier weighing 12 pounds.
Typical of her breed, she is an active girl who’d love to have some play time in the yard and a good walk each day. She’s happy to be busy and doing things and likes her people, but is confident on her own. Doggie friends are welcome into her world.
Padme is so loving and appreciative of everything, and you can see it in her eyes. She loves to find the perfect place in bed to snuggle up and look at you with adoring eyes. She likes sleeping with her people at night and is a comfy dream companion.
She is nervous of raised voices, so she should be in a patient home that’ll help her feel safe, with positive reinforcement. She can be a fence jumper, so she’ll need a fence higher than 4 feet if you plan to let her loose in the yard.
She is house-trained and crate-trained and ready to be part of your family today. She is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and current on flea/tick/heartworm preventatives. Her adoption fee is $225. Meet & greets will be scheduled with approved adopters from PawsitiveTailsKC.org.

Where are you located?
Pawsitive Tails does not have a physical location. All of our dogs live in loving foster homes throughout the Kansas City and Topeka area. This allows fosters to get to know each dog personally, so we can find the very best home for them.
What are your hours?
As a foster based rescue, every person with Pawsitive Tails is a volunteer. Because we do not have a facility, we do not have “open” hours but can be contacted between 8am and 9pm.
Can I stop in to visit dogs and play with puppies?
No. We require an approved application to be on file before meeting our dogs/puppies. In addition, our dogs live in foster homes, so we must work around the foster parents’ schedule.
