Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Maggie is a beautiful, but very sad girl who was surrendered on 1/13/26. Although she has been fine around some of the female dogs at the shelter, her owner reported she was not getting along with the other female dog in the home. Maggie is good with both cats and kids. She is obedient and sits nicely for treats. Additionally, she is house trained. She desperately wants a forever family to love her and bring back her smile.
Maggie is 2 years old and weighs 63 pounds. She is UTD on vaccines, spayed and microchipped. Sadly, Maggie’s owner did not give her monthly heartworm prophylaxis and Maggie did test positive for heartworms. Please know that with proper treatment and care she can go on to live a long and healthy life. Please stop by to meet this beautiful girl in run 56; her ID # is 16302. She is very ready for adoption. Ask the shelter about its foster-to adopt program while Maggie undergoes shelter-provided treatment for her heartworms.
