Blizzard
Female
D.O.B. 10/25/2025
Estimated Full Grown Weight: 45-50 lbs
Breed: Mixed/Great Pyrenees Mix
Hi! I’m Blizzard, but my friends call me Lizzie. I’m an inquisitive, enthusiastic, and bright puppy who loves learning about the world around me — especially when there are new people, dogs, or cozy arms involved. I’m very social and get along great with other dogs, cats, and kids. I’m respectful with the cats (I give them plenty of space and politely wait for them to pass before continuing on my way), and I absolutely adore my human friends. If you say my name — “Lizzie!” — in an excited voice, I’ll come running as fast as my floofy legs can carry me! I love romping around the backyard, especially in the snow. When I decide I’ve had enough of the cold, I have a very refined solution: I politely demand to be carried like the princess I am so I can continue supervising the other dogs while cuddled in your arms. It’s the best of both worlds. My favorite treat is a spoonful of canned puppy food, and I can’t get enough of my stuffed tomato squeaky toy and soft rubber teething toys. I’m bigger than my sister, extra floofy, and my bright blue eyes sparkle as I take in new environments and figure out how everything works. I’m still a puppy, so I need to be crated when left alone, and we’re working on being quiet in my crate at night. I’ll be honest — I much prefer sleeping in my human’s arms, especially since cuddling is one of my greatest talents. I absolutely love being held and snuggled, and I give world-class cuddles. If you’re looking for a social, sweet, smart, and extra-snuggly puppy who will happily be your shadow (or your armful), I might just be your girl. Oh, and I will need to be spayed when I am old enough. If you are interested in meeting Blizzard apply to adopt her at www.causeforcanines.org Adoption fee: $395. Must be an Ohio resident & 23 or older. Children must be 5 or older.
