Hi! I’m Flurry. I’m a smart, playful, and independent puppy who knows how to balance fun and relaxation like a pro. I get along well with other dogs, cats, and kids. I’m very respectful of the cats — I give them a wide berth and prefer to keep things peaceful. You might even find me choosing a strategic nap spot behind the couch so no sneaky cats can surprise me. Smart thinking, right? I love running around the backyard with my sister, followed by a good long nap — because growing puppies definitely need their beauty sleep. When I’m tired, I don’t need much direction; I’ll happily go find a cozy spot on my own, often in my crate or tucked away somewhere quiet. I enjoy attention and pets, but I’m not an on-your-lap kind of girl. I prefer to be near you, not on top of you — laying by your feet on the couch is my ideal cuddle style. That said, if you scoop me up and cradle me like a baby (especially upside down), I’ll usually drift right off to sleep. I tolerate cuddles just fine… I just don’t go searching for them. I’m still a puppy, so I do need to be crated when left alone. My favorite treats are soft puppy treats, and I adore my stuffed turtle squeaky toy and soft rubber teething toys. If you’re looking for a sweet, clever companion who enjoys playtime, naps, and being close without being clingy, I might be the perfect fit for you.
