My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Peppermint Latte (aka Pepper) is a young silver-gray shorthaired kitten with a big personality and an even bigger love for playtime. Sweet, bold, and delightfully goofy, Pepper is a high-energy dynamo who goes full speed after teaser toys—leaping into the air and bouncing off furniture in pursuit of her “prey.” Laser pointer dots are her absolute favorite, and once playtime starts, she’s all in.

Pepper does wonderfully with other cats. She’s currently happiest snuggled atop the cat tree with her siblings Asher and Gracie. She hasn’t met dogs or kids yet, but with her confident and friendly nature, she would likely adapt well with proper introductions.

After she’s burned off some of that kitten energy, Pepper transforms into a total love bug. She’ll climb right into your lap to ask for attention and cuddles—on her own terms, of course. She’s fine being picked up, just not interested in being held constantly. Fully litter trained and highly food-motivated, she comes running the moment a Churu treat appears.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate kitten who will keep you laughing and warm your lap after a good play session, Peppermint Latte might be your perfect match.

Fully litter trained and full of personality, Peppermint Latte would love to be adopted with one of her siblings! She’s ready to bring joy, play, and cuddles to her forever family!

Peppermint Latte is fixed, microchipped, FIV/FeLv negative, and up to date on vaccinations for her age.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
