Hoot is a charming 2-year-old kitty with a gentle, tender heart. He can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but with a bit of patience he quickly shows just how sweet he truly is. Once he feels comfortable, Hoot enjoys calm, gentle affection and will happily lean in for head rubs and his favorite chin scratches.
He also has a playful side and loves spending time with his toys, making him a nice balance of fun and relaxation. Hoot would do best with someone who understands that good things take time and is ready to let him come out of his shell at his own pace.
If you’re looking for a soft, affectionate companion who will reward your patience with sweetness and trust, Hoot might be the perfect match for you. 💙🐱
Stop in and meet Hoot in person during our adoption hours. For more information, email info@ahconnects.org or call us at 847-697-2880 x: 0, and the staff will be happy to help you.
All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
