Buggy is a cute female kitten who was brought to the HSOV on October 10, 2025 by a Good Samaritan who found her near the Aldi Supermarket on Pike Street in Marietta Ohio all by herself without a mother/siblings in sight. Buggy was estimated to have been 7-weeks old at that time.
This little dollbaby has a gray tabby short smooth coat with a dark gray stripe on her back, a long ringed tail, and an adorable kitten face with golden eyes, a splash of white on her muzzle, and long white whiskers.
Buggy has an affectionate, playful personality and is good with other kittens as well as children.
Buggy has shared a cage with another young kitten (Owl) who arrived at HSOV around the same time, so they have naturally become best friends.
Buggy was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on October 18, 2025. She weighed 2 lbs that day. Buggy was given booster vaccines on November 6th and November 22, 2025. She weighed 3 lbs on November 22nd.
These photos were taken on January 10, 2026 when HSOV kennel techs Lauryn Hamilton, Madison Lee, and Hannah McClain assisted Buggy and her best friend Owl with their 'big girl/big boy' photos. Buggy and Owl are full of playful kitten energy and would love to find a home together so that they could continue a lifetime of camaraderie and silly kitty games.
Buggy will be spayed (tentative in February 2026) before being adopted by her new family (a requirement for HSOV adoptions to be finalized).
