My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chaos is an adorable pug who is about 1.5 years old (born 6/6/2024) and weighs 21 lbs. True to his name, he’s a fun-loving, bouncy little guy with a big personality and an even bigger heart.

Chaos has almost mastered house-training and does great in his crate at night. He’s a very active, playful pup who loves romping around with his female canine siblings, playing fetch, zooming around the house or yard, and enjoying all the toys he can get his paws on. When he finally runs out of energy, he’s more than happy to curl up close to his people for a cozy nap on your lap.

He’s currently working on leash training, and because he can escape a harness or collar and doesn’t feel comfortable going potty on a leash or tie-out, a secure fenced yard would be the best fit for him. Chaos loves everyone, but due to his enthusiastic and excitable nature, he’ll do best with older kids who can handle his happy energy.

Chaos is super smart, eager to learn, and described as friendly, outgoing, adaptable, happy, playful, and loyal. His foster mom says he doesn’t know a stranger—he wants to be friends with everyone he meets! He loves being right by his people’s side, sometimes forgetting about personal space because he never wants to miss out on anything.

His minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
