Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Precious Mimi - a truly special golden girl!
Age: 20 years young Adoption Fee: $50 Female/Spayed
Precious Mimi is a remarkable senior lady with a gentle spirit and a surprising amount of pep still in her step. She recently lost her beloved owner, and although the family adored her, they were unable to keep her. They shared that Mimi may be over 20 years old and has always been in good health, and her bright eyes and sweet personality certainly show it.
Like many cats of her age, Mimi has a few age-related medical needs, including Stage II chronic kidney disease, which is considered mild. She does wonderfully on a prescription renal diet (about $50 per case of wet food) and continues to enjoy life with grace, curiosity, and a whole lot of heart.
Mimi is looking for a quiet, loving home with no other cats, where she can spend her golden years sharing soft conversations, gentle pets, cozy naps, and companionship with someone who appreciates the beauty of a senior soul. She doesn’t ask for much. Just a calm space and a person who will cherish her.
Interested in meeting Mimi? Walk-in adoption hours at WARL are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12–4 PM. If those times don’t work, simply fill out the Adoption Inquiry Form on our website under the FORMS tab, and we’ll happily arrange a meet-and-greet that fits your schedule.
Mimi has so much love left to give — and she’s ready to share it with someone special.
