Why this pet is the one for you:
Meet Victor! Victor is a sweet, sensitive boy who's still learning that the world isn't such a scary place. New people and environments can be tricky for him, so he does best with an adopter who can advocate for his space and help manage interactions when someone new wants to approach him. Victor needs the freedom to move away if he's uncomfortable and to approach people on his own terms-no forced handling, just patience and understanding. He has some quirky front legs, likely from a congenital condition or an old injury, but they don't slow him down and only add to his unique charm. Victor has met other dogs while in care and has done well. A home with children older than 8 and up would be ideal, with kids present for a meet-and-greet to ensure everyone is comfortable. With the right advocate by his side and a calm, supportive home, Victor has so much potential to blossom into a loving companion.
