Remi was brought in by her previous owner on January 7, 2026.

Meet Remi! Remi is a beautiful big girl with an even bigger heart. She loves going on walks and spending time by your side. Remi is looking for a new place to call home where she can feel safe, loved, and understood. She may bark at other dogs, so slow introductions-with plenty of space and time-will be beneficial to help her feel comfortable. She has lived with another dog for a short time and did okay, and with patience and gentle guidance, she can continue to build positive relationships. Remi's sweet nature and loving spirit make her a wonderful companion ready to share her heart with the right home.

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
