Meet Iguava! Iguava requires a very patient and experienced home, as they are not accustomed to handling and can be feisty-this iguana is best suited for someone with prior iguana experience. This tropical iguana loves to bask near their heat lamp and needs temperatures above 75 degrees (ideally 95 degrees), with large custom-built enclosures (minimum 12 feet long and 6 feet wide) maintaining at least 70% humidity. We recommend having an enclosure ready to go prior to bringing Iguava home. With a lifespan of 15-20 years, Iguava represents a significant long-term commitment requiring thorough research before adoption. Don't forget to bring a secure travel carrier for a safe ride home!
