Little Rue is as sweet as they come! She is snuggle bug and loves to bury herself in blankets and pillows. She is people orientated and happiest when she is curled up with you. You better be ready to give endless belly rubs because she will always be rolling onto her back for a good scratch. Rue is very food motivated and is a smart girl - she knows Sit, Down, and Wait for food. Rue's housetraining is a work in progress - she is puppy pad trained but due to extreme cold, outside training has been unpredictable. Rue is not a fan of the cold! Rue loves people and will greet you with a wagging tail. She is a sensitive girl, and will 'pancake' if she perceives being in any kind of trouble or is scared. Her outside walking has been slow to progress due to the cold, but will need leadership in learning how to walk outside in new environments. Early into fostering, she gave her big foster brother a small growl when she was getting affection and he walked by, but with structure, they have become friends. Rue will need a family willing to give her boundaries, and not succumb to her endless charm! Rue is a little angel - she is the perfect pup to keep you warm on these frigid winter nights!
