Tzatziki is an eleven-month-old, 12-pound Chihuahua mix who proves that the best personalities often come in small, irresistibly cute packages. With what looks like a hint of Pug in his adorable face, Tzatziki is pure sweetness wrapped in wiggly enthusiasm. When he’s happy, and that’s often, his whole body joins in, resulting in the most endearing full-body wiggles you can imagine.
Don’t let his size fool you! Tzatziki is an energetic little guy whose playful spirit easily keeps up with dogs much larger than himself. He loves to frolic, play, and engage with his canine friends, making him a wonderful candidate for a multi-dog household. If another dog or dogs are present in the household we require a meet and greet prior to adoption. All members of the household must be on board with adoption. We do not adopt our rescues out without meeting person that will be responsible - no "gift" adoptions. We contract that if cat/dog must be relinquished they are returned to us. Home Fur Good is a non profit no kill animal shelter located in the NE Valley. We take a majority of our cats and dogs from County, many who have treatable medical conditions and would otherwise be put down. We assess physical and behavior and work with the cats/dogs to find the best suitable match. It is our goal that each cat or dog that comes to our shelter ultimately be placed in their "furever" homes.
We also operate a low cost vaccine and microchip clinic each Sunday. We want to help community be able to care for and keep their animals safe. We do not charge vet fee only fee for vaccine and microchip. Additionally we have a low cost dental clinic each Wednesday. Check our website for more details.
