My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB: 06/01/25

Barbara Ann came into GRASP care with her sister Betty Lou. It has taken some time for them to feel comfortable with their foster parents, but Barbara is ready to find her purr-fect forever home!

Barbara Ann is more confident than her sister, immediately greeting her foster parents when they come into the room. She wants all the attention and head rubs, but prefers if she is the one seeking it. Food is the way to Barbara Ann’s heart and she enjoys chasing toys.

Barbara Ann and Betty Lou would love to be adopted together, but it is not required.

Barbara will need a patient and loving adopter who can give her time to open up on her own terms.

More about this rescue

G.R.A.S.P. stands for Greece Residents Assisting Stray Pets. GRASP's goal is to give animals, primarily those picked up by Greece Animal Control, a second chance for a safe, happy, and healthy life. Before G.R.A.S.P., Inc. was formed, animals that were not claimed by their owners were routinely euthanized. We also strive to educate the public on the benefits of spay/neuter and the need to tag their pets at all times. G.R.A.S.P., Inc. is a non-profit organization and is completely dependent upon donations from the public.
