My name is Raleigh!

1/16/26: Raleigh was up toward the front of the kennel when I approached, I offered him a treat which he was interested in, he delicately licked it a few times almost like he wanted it but didn't know how to take it. I dropped the treat through the bars and he looked down at it, pawing at it where it was next to the bowl. He eventually got it away from the bowl and ate it. He is very quiet and gentle, curious but nervous.

I met Raleigh through his kennel on 1/17/2026. Raleigh is a little more friendly than his kennel mate. He would come whenever I would coerced him to either side of the kennel. I did not attempt to get him out, but he did allow me to touch his nose through the kennel. He seems less timid when separated from kennel mate.

1/18/26: I met with Raleigh again through the kennel today. He was still a little timid but way more friendly than yesterday. I was able to scratch his chin through the kennel. He still seemed nervous when I went to open door.

Raleigh attended playgroup on 1/20/26.He had a gentle/dainty playstyle and sat near the gate during the beginning. He did eventually try to socialize with others showing me that he was friendly, when an altercation happen he did retreat back to the same corner where he stayed until another gentle/dainty dog approached, he then got up and proceeded to follow her for the remainder of his time.
