Bangladesh is an 8-month-old mixed-breed puppy with a bright spirit and a sweet, expressive personality. He’s a curious, people-oriented boy who enjoys being close to his humans and often checks in for reassurance when things feel new or exciting. Bangladesh has a playful side that shines through as he gets comfortable — he loves treats, shows interest in toys, and brings a fun, bouncy energy to his interactions. He’s still learning how to navigate the world and does best with patience, kindness, and positive guidance, especially as he builds confidence in new situations. With structure, positive training, and plenty of TLC, Bangladesh will thrive. He’s looking for a loving home that understands he’s still growing, still learning, and full of potential — a young dog ready to blossom with the right support and encouragement. Want to meet Bangladesh? The first step is filling out an adoption interest form and setting up an appointment (go to www.upaws.org). When you come, we invite everyone in the household — both people and resident dogs — to join us for a relaxed, fun meet-and-greet to help make sure it’s a great match for all.

We are a local non-profit organization run and staffed by your neighbors. We make decisions on caring for homeless, unwanted, abandoned and abused domestic animals based on what we believe is best for them. We have no affiliation with any larger group and we receive no funding from any larger group that might influence our decisions or actions.
We advocate only for the animals in our care to help them find their forever home with you.
UPAWS does not receive operating funds from any governmental agency. We rely on donations from our neighbors and friends to make our efforts possible. We save consistently 98% of the animals who come to us – which is an award-winning success story. We want to educate everyone on proper animal care so there soon won’t be the three percent who come to us too sick or wounded to be saved. It’s your support that makes this dream possible.
