My name is Rello!

Rello is an approximately 6 month old lab/husky mix who came to the shelter as an owner surrender. He wasn't allowed at a rental property. He's a happy and friendly young guy who would make a great addition to a family. He will be vet checked and neutered on Feb. 11th and his fee is $150.

Rello did live in a home with kids and cats and did very well. He has also done well with other dogs. As a young dog, he does need some basic training but is enthusiastic and ready to learn. He's an active young dog who will need regular exercise. He still has some growing left to do so we do expect him to be a pretty large dog at maturity. His former owners were working on house training with him, but he still needs a little bit of work on that.

NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org.

We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.

We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.
