Meet Tucker! ?? Tucker is a 4-year-old Labrador who was found as a stray on 1/20/26 by Saint Charles County Police. He’s a shy, gentle soul who is currently enjoying quiet time and exploring the outdoors. Despite his reserved nature, Tucker has a friendly and polite personality. During a recent meet-and-greet with other dogs, he displayed loose, relaxed body language, wagging tails, and a polite curiosity. When meeting Whisper, he approached calmly, respected her space when she seemed intimidated, and waited until she was ready to interact. He also remained relaxed and friendly around other dogs walking by. Tucker has shown a hesitant but polite interest in cats, sniffing briefly and moving on, suggesting he could be a good fit in a cat-friendly home with the right introduction. This sweet boy is looking for a patient, calm home where he can continue to gain confidence and enjoy the simple pleasures in life — walks, quiet time, and slow introductions to new friends. Tucker is a gentle heart who is ready to meet the right family to help him feel safe, loved, and at home. ??
