My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Meet Bonnie & Clyde – A Perfectly Paired Tuxedo Duo

Bonnie (girl) and Clyde (boy) are an irresistible brother-and-sister pair of black tuxedo kittens with hearts just as soft as their fur. Their sleek black coats are velvety to the touch, with Bonnie sporting an extra-sweet white chin that sets her apart.

Bonnie and Clyde can be adopted together or separately and would thrive as loving family pets.   These two are gentle, affectionate, and quietly charming. They aren’t loud or demanding, but don’t mistake that for shyness—Bonnie and Clyde will happily come running to greet you at the door or curl up with you in the morning to start the day. They love being near their people and are perfectly content sleeping with you… or giving you space when needed.

After a good play session, both kittens turn into world-class snugglers. Expect cozy cuddles, happy purrs, and adorable “air biscuits” as they settle in. Clyde is the more enthusiastic purr-machine, while Bonnie brings a slightly more refined sweetness to the pair.

Whether you’re looking for a bonded duo or a single affectionate companion, either (or both!) of these kittens will bring warmth, joy, and quiet companionship into your home.

Sweet, loving, and endlessly adorable—Bonnie and Clyde are ready to steal your heart.

Most of Dexter's Kitties are fixed, chipped, SNAP combo tested and vaccinated for their age. The adoption fee is $150 for a kitten, $250 for two kittens. If you rent your home, we respectfully ask for your landlord or management company's information to confirm pets are allowed. If you own your home, we will check public records to confirm.

If the cat is still on our website, that means the cat is still currently available. If you have questions, your inquiries will be given priority if you submit an application at  www.DextersKitties.org . We are a volunteer team and try to respond as quickly as time allows.

And finally please remember that cats can live more than 20+ years, so this is a LIFE TIME commitment.  Please make sure you have the financial resources to cover emergency vet bills if your cat gets sick, a stable home, and someone to take the cat(s) if something heaven forbid happens and you can no longer care for them.  Thank you for adopting a rescue cat!
