My name is Nami and I am approximately 4 1/2 months old. I love kids and other dogs. Of course, I love big hoomans, too.

I was found wandering down a busy road. A really wonderful lady saved me from getting run over. She saw an 18 wheeler almost hit me before she got to me. I'm safe now and being well taken care of by the lady's family.

My surgery date to get spayed is February 6th and I've had one set of vaccinations. I'll get my 2nd vaccinations next week.

We are a RESCUE ORGANIZATION; please complete your online Adoption Application, which can be found on our website. We require an adoption application, vet reference, and a home visit with the pet. ALL of our pets are spayed, neutered or scheduled prior to being adopted. They are UTD on shots, heartworm negative, treated or scheduled to be treated, and micro chipped. They must be kept on heartworm preventative for the rest of their lives. Our adoption fees vary. Puppies have an increased adoption fee since they need three or four sets of shots, multiple de-wormings, and other puppy needs to keep them healthy.

More about this rescue

CPR is an animal rescue organization run solely by volunteers. Our primary goal is to save dogs from euthanization at shelters as a result of factors such as a lack of funding and space. These wonderful animals are put at risk because they have no one to claim and adopt them. We aim to give them the second chance that they so deserve. Our animals come to us from shelters around DFW and stay in foster homes where they are given the medical attention (vaccinations, surgeries, heart worm testing, etc) and care that they deserve.
