My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Millhouse — a gentle, quiet pup with the sweetest soul 🐶💖

Millhouse is a 7-month-old puppy mill survivor who is discovering what it means to live the good life indoors — and he’s adapting beautifully! Despite his rough start, he is the ultimate sweetheart with a calm, gentle demeanor.

Millhouse is affectionate, shy, and wonderfully quiet. He does great with kids and other dogs, making him a lovely addition to a family home or a home with furry siblings.

He’s currently working on house training, crate training, and learning basic commands, and is making steady progress every day. With patience, consistency, and lots of positive encouragement, Millhouse is going to continue blossoming into a confident, happy pup.

Millhouse may start off a little shy, but once he feels safe, his loving heart shines through. He’s the kind of dog who will quietly steal your heart and become your most loyal companion.

With love and time, this sweet boy is going to make an amazing family member. 💛

Go meet their pets

After being approved by a team member, you'll be able to schedule a meet and greet with the pup that best matches your needs.

All of our pets are in private foster homes and many times the meeting will happen in a safe public location.

All animals are available to begin their home trials once the meeting has concluded and the rescue agrees to allow the pet to move forward to this stage.
