My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Omen is an adorable male kitten who was brought to HSOV on October 6, 2025 after he was found in the vicinity of WeLovPets on Pike Street in Marietta Ohio. Omen was a tiny one-week old newborn baby at that time who desperately needed immediate care in order to survive.

Fortunately for this little boy, one of the WeLovPets employees took Omen under her 'angel wings' to foster and began to bottle-feed him. That kind lady surely saved his life and kept him safe until November 17th. Omen was transferred to another foster home with one of our compassionate HSOV Kennel Techs on November 17th who kept him until late December when Omen was fully weaned.

Omen has a beautiful uniquely-marked dark brown/dark tan/white short smooth coat in a marbled tabby pattern, a long tail, and a cute tabby/white kitten face with golden eyes, a white muzzle, a pink nose, and long white whiskers.

Omen was given Drontal wormer on December 11th and was given vaccinations on December 18, 2025.

This little sweetheart has the sweetest, most lovable disposition and a playful personality. Omen gets along well with other cats/kittens and also with children.

These photos of Omen were taken on January 31, 2026 when HSOV Kennel Tech Lauryn Hamilton accompanied Omen in our 'studio' for his 'big boy' pictures. Omen was a joy to photograph while he explored new territory, played with the Valentine decor, and showed off his beautifully-marked coat.

Omen is currently sharing a large cage with another kitten (Twilight) who had shared his foster home, and they are naturally best friends. Twilight is also posted on our Petfinder/Facebook/Adoptapet sites.

Omen will be neutered in the near future (tentatively on February 9th) and will soon be ready to find a loving home of his very own.
