Posie, is a sweet mare that was rescued from the slaughter pipeline. She is learning to trust us here at the shelter. With a little bit of time with our trainer she is going to be a fast learner. She has had Veterinary exams, and her teeth have been worked on to ensure comfort for her. She is now ready for her forever home. Posie does well with a variety of horses in the pasture and we are excited to watch her progress.
