My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Deb — Just Keep Swimming… to Your Heart

Deb is a super shy but very sweet kitty who’s channeling major Finding Nemo vibes—quiet, gentle, and bravely swimming her way toward confidence at her own pace. She’s looking for a calm, indoor-only home where the mantra is “just keep swimming”… slowly, patiently, and with lots of love.

Deb may be okay with quiet teens who respect boundaries, but one thing is non-negotiable: other friendly cats are a MUST HAVE for her. They help her feel safe and confident as she adjusts. She’s unsure about dogs, so a peaceful, low-stress environment is best. Deb will need plenty of extra time to adjust and build trust with her new family—but the payoff is absolutely worth it.

Deb’s Reef Requirements:
Lots of cozy hiding and napping spots (anemones optional)
Cat trees, scratching posts, and window perches for safe exploring
Tons of toys, especially interactive and catnip-filled ones

Favorite Treats:
Treats, wet food, catnip, and quiet encouragement

If you have patience, a calm home, and some friendly feline “schoolmates” ready to show her the way, Deb is ready to swim into her forever home—one gentle fin-step at a time.
